Tips and Tricks for Navigating the Portal

1. Encountering a 'permissions' error? It's possible that your session has expired, and you will need to log in again.


2. To avoid losing your progress, remember to periodically click 'Save and Continue', 'Next', or 'Save and Submit' located at the bottom of the page.


3. If you experience 'permissions' errors or a 'Page Not Found' message, try refreshing your browser using Ctrl+F5 or Shift+Ctrl+R.


4. If you've initiated a preliminary application and additional information is necessary, please allow up to three (3) business days to receive an invitation to access the portal or to connect your existing account to your application.
